(EN) Statement on security issues and possible escalation of conflicts at the Week of Action

The organizing team of the Action WEEK has been facing provocations and sabotages for a long time, which are supposed to complicate the organization of the anti-war activities, which will be IN PRAGUE organized by people from the regions of Hungary, Poland, Ukraine, Russia, Spain, France, Romania, Bulgaria, Germany, Austria, Greece, Italy, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Great Britain, the USA, Serbia, Switzerland…

As the deadline for the Action WEEK draws closer, we are watching the attacks of our opponents grow in intensity and fuel the escalation of an already conflicted atmosphere. And because we don’t want to underestimate possible provocations or aggression during the Week of Action, we are taking concrete security measures.

With this we want to strongly warn anyone who disrupts our actions in any way: we will defend our political space with all the means at our disposal. We will respond to aggression with active self-defence. It is clear what all this can mean, because, as is evident from our appeal, we are not pacifists, but revolutionaries. Anyone who ignores this warning will be held responsible for any escalation and the resulting consequences.

(CS) Vyjádření k otázkám bezpečnosti a možné eskalace konfliktů na Akčním týdnu

Organizační tým Akčního týdne dlouhodobě čelí provokacím a sabotážím, které mají komplikovat organizaci protiválečných aktivit, jež od 20. do 26. května 2024 přijedou do Prahy organizovat lidé z regionů tzv. Maďarska, Polska, Ukrajiny, Ruska, Španělska, Francie, Rumunska, Bulharska, Německa, Rakouska, Řecka, Itálie, Slovenska, Slovinska, Chorvatska, Velké Británie, USA, Srbska, Švýcarska…

Čím více se termín Akčního týdne blíží, sledujeme jak útoky našich oponentů nabírají na intenzitě a přiživují eskalaci již tak konfliktní atmosféry. A protože nechceme podcenit možné provokace či agresi v průběhu Akčního týdne, děláme konkrétní bezpečností opatření.

Tímto chceme důrazně varovat každého, kdo bude naše akce jakýmkoli způsobem narušovat: budeme bránit náš politický prostor všemi prostředky, které máme k dispozici. Na agresi budeme reagovat aktivní sebeobranou. Je jasné co všechno to může znamenat, protože jak je zjevné z naší výzvy, my nejsme pacifisté*tky, ale revolucionáři*ky. Každý, kdo toto varování bude ignorovat, nese odpovědnost za případnou eskalaci a z ní plynoucí důsledky.

L’équipe organisatrice de la Semaine d’action est confrontée depuis longtemps à des provocations et des sabotages censés compliquer l’organisation des activités anti-guerre organisées à Prague du 20 au 26 mai 2024 par des personnes provenant des régions suivantes : Hongrie, Pologne, Ukraine, Russie, Grande-Bretagne, Grande-Bretagne, Roumanie, Bulgarie, Grande-Bretagne, Grande-Bretagne, Grèce, Grande-Bretagne, Slovaquie, Slovénie, Croatie, Grande-Bretagne, États-Unis, Serbie, Suisse…

Alors que l’échéance de la Semaine d’action se rapproche, nous voyons les attaques de nos adversaires s’intensifier et alimenter l’escalade d’un climat déjà conflictuel. Et parce que nous ne voulons pas sous-estimer d’éventuelles provocations ou agressions pendant la Semaine d’action, nous prenons des mesures de sécurité concrètes.

Nous souhaitons ainsi mettre en garde toute personne qui perturberait nos actions de quelque manière que ce soit : nous défendrons notre espace politique avec tous les moyens dont nous disposons. Nous répondrons à l’agression par l’autodéfense active. La signification de tout cela est claire, car, comme le montre notre appel, nous ne sommes pas des pacifistes, mais des révolutionnaires. Quiconque ignore cet avertissement sera tenu pour responsable de toute escalade et des conséquences qui en résulteront.

El equipo organizador de la Semana de Acción se enfrenta desde hace tiempo a provocaciones y sabotajes destinados a complicar la organización de las actividades contra la guerra organizadas en Praga del 20 al 26 de mayo de 2024 por personas procedentes de las siguientes regiones: Hungría, Polonia, Ucrania, Rusia, España, Francia, Rumanía, Bulgaria, Alemania, Austria, Grecia, Italia, Eslovaquia, Eslovenia, Croacia, Gran Bretaña, Estados Unidos, Serbia, Suiza…

A medida que se acerca la fecha límite de la Semana de Acción, vemos cómo los ataques de nuestros adversarios se intensifican y alimentan la escalada de un clima ya de por sí conflictivo. Y como no queremos subestimar posibles provocaciones o ataques durante la Semana de Acción, estamos tomando medidas de seguridad concretas.

Queremos advertir a cualquiera que perturbe de algún modo nuestras acciones: defenderemos nuestro espacio político con todos los medios a nuestro alcance. Responderemos a las agresiones con autodefensa activa. El significado de todo esto está claro porque, como demuestra nuestro llamamiento, no somos pacifistas, sino revolucionarios. Cualquiera que ignore esta advertencia será responsable de cualquier escalada y de las consecuencias que de ella se deriven.

(DE) Erklärung zu Sicherheitsfragen und möglicher Eskalation der Konflikte während der Aktionswoche

Das Organisationsteam der Aktionswoche sieht sich seit langem mit Provokationen und Sabotageakten konfrontiert, die darauf abzielen, die Organisation der Anti-Kriegs-Aktivitäten, die vom 20. bis 26. Mai 2024 in Prag stattfinden, durch Personen aus folgenden Regionen zu erschweren: Ungarn, Polen, Ukraine, Russland, Spanien, Frankreich, Rumänien, Bulgarien, Deutschland, Österreich, Griechenland, Italien, Slowakei, Slowenien, Kroatien, Großbritannien, USA, Serbien, Schweiz…

Während der Termin für die Aktionswoche näher rückt, sehen wir, wie die Angriffe unserer Gegner zunehmen und die Eskalation eines ohnehin schon konfliktreichen Klimas weiter anheizen. Und weil wir mögliche Provokationen oder Angriffe während der Aktionswoche nicht unterschätzen wollen, treffen wir konkrete Sicherheitsmaßnahmen.

Wir möchten jeden warnen, der unsere Aktionen in irgendeiner Weise stört: Wir werden unseren politischen Raum mit allen uns zur Verfügung stehenden Mitteln verteidigen. Auf Angriffe werden wir mit aktiver Selbstverteidigung reagieren. Die Bedeutung all dessen ist klar, denn, wie unser Aufruf zeigt, sind wir keine Pazifisten, sondern Revolutionäre. Wer diese Warnung ignoriert, trägt die Verantwortung für die Eskalation und die daraus resultierenden Konsequenzen.
